Business use and authority

Use Gapr only if you are authorized to act for your business and can enter binding business agreements. Keep your profile, capacity, availability, and submitted information accurate. Protect your sign-in account and grant workspace access only to appropriate people.

Marketplace role

Gapr helps businesses discover manufacturing capacity and facilitates requests, managed introductions, quotes, communication, and outcome tracking. Buyers and providers are responsible for agreeing specifications, price, delivery, acceptance, warranties, and other commercial terms directly with one another.

Gapr does not collect marketplace payments, provide escrow, or manufacture the goods. Listing approval and verification badges indicate a review of supplied information, not a guarantee of quality, capacity, solvency, or successful delivery. Check suitability before committing to work.

Quotes, awards, and completion

Submit only quotes you are authorized to offer. Selecting a provider records an award in Gapr and closes competing quote paths. It does not replace a purchase order or separate agreement. A recorded completion reflects information confirmed to Gapr operations and does not waive either participant’s rights.

Files and confidentiality

Upload only material you have permission to share for the relevant request or verification. You retain ownership of your content and allow Gapr to process it to deliver the service. Recipients must use confidential information only to evaluate or perform the associated work and must not disclose it without permission or a lawful requirement.

An NDA-required request keeps its files locked to providers. Selecting that setting does not create or sign an NDA. Arrange any necessary confidentiality agreement separately with the other business and Gapr operations.

Acceptable use

Do not upload malicious files, misrepresent a business, send spam, scrape private data, bypass access controls, or use Gapr for unlawful transactions. We may restrict access to investigate abuse, protect confidential information, or respond to a legal obligation. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Fees, availability, and disputes

Marketplace participation is currently free. Any future fee will be disclosed before it applies. Services may be interrupted for maintenance or failures; keep your own copies of business-critical records. Raise transaction problems promptly with the counterparty and contact Gapr for help with marketplace records. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit parties to exclude.

The final legal operator, service address, and applicable dispute terms will be published before launch. Material updates to these terms will be communicated through the service.
